How starter disable actually works
A starter disable prevents the engine from being started again. What it does not do, and must never do, is cut power to a moving vehicle.
The command only takes effect once the vehicle is stationary and switched off. Any product or article describing it as stopping a moving vehicle is wrong. That would be dangerous, and it is not how these systems are built.
