Live tracking — the map moves with the vehicle
A hardwired, real-time GPS tracker with a remote starter disable. Watch company vehicles and equipment live, see who is driving how fast, and — if a vehicle is taken — cut power to the starter from your phone so it cannot be started again.
Most trackers tell you where a vehicle went. This one does that — live, as fast as every three seconds — and then lets you take the next step: disable the starter remotely so nobody drives it anywhere else.
It is a hardwired unit with a rechargeable backup battery, precise GPS and LTE Cat 1 connectivity, in a weatherproof case. Businesses use it on company vehicles and construction equipment; families use it on teen and senior drivers; dealerships and finance companies use it on financed inventory.
Hardwired into the 12V system, so it reports whether or not the key is in the ignition.
Remote activation — disable the starter from the app if a vehicle is taken
Recovery assistance — an immobilised vehicle is far easier for police to recover
Ignition control through the vehicle's own starter circuit, hardwired or by command
Unauthorised use detection — an alert the moment a vehicle moves when it shouldn't
Real-time GPS with updates as fast as every 3 seconds
Trip history, speed and stops — see what actually happened, not what was reported
Scheduled disable and enable, set once in the Actions menu
Weatherproof case with a rechargeable backup battery and LTE Cat 1
The device sits between the battery and the starter motor. Activate it and the electricity that spins the starter is cut — turn the key and nothing happens. It can be triggered by a physical switch, a key fob, or remotely through the GPS tracker.
Worth being precise about one thing: this stops a vehicle being started. It does not shut off a running engine, and it should not — no safe product does. If a vehicle is taken, you disable it, and the moment the thief switches off, it stays off.
The same circuit can be wired to cut other electrical systems, such as lights and horn, if you want it to.
Know where every vehicle is, how fast it was driven and how long it sat somewhere it had no reason to be.
Movement, IGNITION ON and LEAVE alerts on excavators, backhoes and bulldozers — plus a starter that can be switched off overnight.
Locate a repossession in minutes instead of days, and immobilise a vehicle when payments stop.
Speed and trip history on every drive, and a starter you can disable if the car is somewhere it shouldn't be.
Live location when a family member is out, and a way to step in if a vehicle is taken.
Hardwired and hidden, so a thief with the keys still has a car that will not turn over.
A starter disable wires into the vehicle's starter circuit, so this is one to hand to an installer rather than do in a driveway. Technical support is free for as long as you own the device.
An installer knows the spots a thief will not check and where the antenna still has a clear view. Out of sight matters more here than anywhere else — a kill switch only works if it is not found and unplugged.
The tracker runs off the vehicle's 12/24V supply (9–30 VDC in normal operation) and the disable output goes into the starter circuit. Done properly it draws almost nothing when the vehicle is parked — around 400 µA in deep sleep.
Turn on movement, IGNITION ON and LEAVE alerts, draw your geofences, and use the Actions menu to schedule the starter off overnight or at weekends if you want it.
For a used car dealership or an auto finance company, the tracker is a collections tool as much as a security one. It shortens the gap between a customer going quiet and the vehicle being back on the lot.
A data plan is required — the tracker reports over the cellular network. The only thing that changes the price is how often it checks in.
Live tracking — the map moves with the vehicle
Plenty for knowing where a vehicle is and where it has been
Remote immobilisation is part of the device, not a paid add-on.
Start on the slower plan and move up if you find you want the live map.
For as long as you own the device — installation questions included.
Every alert below is set in the online platform and arrives on your phone. The last one is a schedule rather than an alert — it switches the starter off and back on by itself.
| Alert | What sets it off | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment movement alert | A machine moves at all | Excavators, backhoes and bulldozers left on site |
| IGNITION ON | Someone turns the key | Knowing a vehicle has been started out of hours |
| LEAVE | The asset crosses a boundary you drew | Yards, job sites, dealership lots |
| Speed alert | A driver goes over the limit you set | Company vehicles and new drivers |
| Scheduled disable | A time you set in the Actions menu | Starter off overnight and at weekends |
Alerts and schedules are configured in the Actions menu of the tracking platform.
Free shipping, 100% discreet packaging and free technical support. Data plans from $16.95/mo, with remote starter disable included on every plan.
It does two jobs. If the tracker sees unauthorised movement you get an alert, and you can disable the starter remotely so the vehicle will not start again. Once it is switched off, it stays off — which is why recovery teams and police find an immobilised vehicle far easier to get back.
No, and it should not. The device cuts power to the starter motor, so it prevents a vehicle being started. If a stolen vehicle is already running, you disable it and wait — the moment the engine is switched off, it will not turn over again.
Yes. A data plan is required because the tracker reports over the cellular network. $16.95 a month at one-minute updates, $19.95 a month at three-second updates — the only difference is reporting speed.
Yes. Set an Equipment Movement Alert plus IGNITION ON and LEAVE alerts in the platform and you are notified when an excavator, backhoe or bulldozer is started or moved. You can also schedule the starter to switch off overnight and at weekends from the Actions menu.
Yes — the command goes over the cellular network, so you can immobilise a vehicle from your phone wherever you happen to be, as long as the vehicle is in coverage.
We would not recommend it. The disable output wires into the starter circuit, and where the unit is hidden matters — a kill switch found in thirty seconds is not a kill switch. An installer will also connect it to the 12V system without putting the tracker at risk.
