Satisfaction Guarantee

At GPS Tracker Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that technology can be challenging, and most issues with GPS trackers come from user error. That’s why we offer free, real human technical support for the lifetime of every product. No AI chatbots—just real people ready to help. If you have any trouble setting up or using your GPS tracking system, shoot us an email or give us a call. We’re here to walk you through it!

If our team finds your device to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee on the cost of the product. However, if the device shows signs of being used improperly—such as dents, cracks, damaged charging ports, or water exposure—we cannot issue a refund. Please note that shipping costs are not covered in any return.

Returns

Due to the nature of surveillance technology, we have a strict no return policy on all GPS tracking devices. Once the item is used, opened, or past 10 days from the original purchase, returns are not accepted. For any return requests within 10 days, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

We stand by our products with a one-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. If your device is found to be defective within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it at no cost. If the exact product isn’t available, we’ll provide a refurbished or equivalent model. Replacement items are covered for the rest of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. Shipping costs to send back the defective product are the customer’s responsibility.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To get warranty service, reach out to us at (951) 704-9503 or email sales@gpstrackershop.com. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Pack the product securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and cover the cost of shipping. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.

Advance Replacement Policy

If your new GPS device is defective within 30 days of purchase, you can request an advance replacement. We’ll send a new product and charge your account; you’ll be credited once we receive and inspect the defective device. If it turns out the device is not defective or isn’t covered by the warranty, we’ll return it to you at your expense and charge a $50 inspection fee.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, water exposure, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Many of our trackers are water-resistant but not waterproof, so water damage isn’t covered. The warranty also doesn’t cover lost devices or items bought from clearance or liquidation sales.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Aside from the limited warranty provided, all products are sold as-is, without any implied warranties. GPS Tracker Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost revenue or profits.
