GPS Tracker Shop provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. Visitors and shoppers at GPS Tracker Shop accept these conditions. Therefore, it is important to read and understand the terms of service carefully.
All pricing on GPS Tracker Shop is shown in American U.S. Dollars (USD). Therefore, international customers are subject to payment via PayPal where currency conversion can be completed.
The current customer billing address and contact info must be included with every GPS order. GPS Tracker Shop accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, PayPal, Western Union, cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers. Those playing order via check must be aware that any order will not be shipped until check funds have successfully cleared in GPS Tracker Shop’ Bank Account.
Credit Card Orders
GPS Tracker Shop reserves the right to request additional information for proof of billing information. This information could include a scanned copy of the credit card used for purchase as well as a copy of a driver’s license or passport. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while confirmation of your billing information is completed. Therefore, it is critical that the correct billing address and contact phone number are used in order to avoid any potential processing delays.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure you are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card. Once your card has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance acknowledgment – these are automatic and are sent by our system prior to invoicing.
Orders, where a check is being used for payment, should also include in writing what the customer intends on purchasing.

For Domestic & International Wire Transfers, GPS Tracker Shop holds the right to withhold goods at our discretion or at the advisement of the Bank until the funds have cleared and are considered in good stead or holding. Wire Transfers transactions may be subject to a processing fee.
For bank and company checks, orders will ship only after funds are released from your financial institution to GPS Tracker Shop. This could take up to 10-15 business days after receipt of payment by GPS Tracker Shop. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $50.00 returned check fee. Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law. On orders being paid for by means other than a credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared. GPS Tracker Shop cannot reserve or guarantee continued availability.
Billing Address Different Than Billing Address
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company’s phone number can be found on the back of your credit card. We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe online shopping experience. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. GPS Tracker Shop takes fraud VERY serious and therefore will provide the bank, shipping carriers, business partners, and all appropriate law enforcement with any information stemming from a fraudulent order. Our in-house security team will also conduct their own investigation to apprehend any and all parties involved with a fraudulent transaction.
Before placing an order for any personal or vehicle GPS tracking product, the customer must make local inquiries to determine if the specific type of surveillance or monitoring product they wish to purchase is permitted to be used or possessed in the buyer’s city, state, or country. Since laws vary between state-to-state and even city-to-city, GPS Tracker Shop representatives have no way of determining whether or not a product is legal in each buyer’s region. There may be restrictions in certain regions prohibiting the purchase, possession, or use of some monitoring surveillance technology listed for sale on the GPS Tracker Shop (https://www.gpstrackershop.com/) website. Therefore, customers should investigate local laws before investment in GPS tracking devices. GPS Tracker Shop (www.gpstrackershop.com) does not extend refunds if the product is not allowed to be used or imported to the buyer’s location or country or confiscated by any official authority of any jurisdiction including customs for the purchaser’s country. Again, once the product a customer ordered is shipped domestic or internationally, GPS Tracker Shop (www.gpstrackershop.com) relinquishes any and all responsibility. By submitting an online order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all applicable laws, potential loss of product, and accepts the consequences, if any, of this investment in GPS tracking hardware and services.
Shipping: Signature Required
All orders placed via the GPS Tracker Shop online store will be sent out requiring a signature for the package to be released. If you or a family member cannot be available to sign for the package when it is delivered then the order will need to be picked up by the buyer at a local shipping facility. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to request that they hold the item at your local facility. You can then go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience. Orders, where customers do not want a signature required, must contact a GPS Tracker Shop agent and notify them before purchase so the package can be marked “no signature required”. Please note that buyers who request removal of signature required are the liable party if a package goes missing becomes lost or is stolen. GPS Tracker Shop holds NO RESPONSIBILITY for packages lost, stolen or damaged due to customer request of the signature being removed, and recommends all packages be shipped with a signature required to ensure proper and safe delivery.
Packages returned to GPS Tracker Shop due to any of the reasons listed above will be subject to both a restocking fee and the shipping charge to have the package sent back to us. Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note ‘damaged’ with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.

Due to changing costs and availability, we reserve the right to modify our prices. Our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, GPS Tracker Shop does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without notice.
Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials, and other uncontrollable factors. Our Company does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our website at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
